We would like to welcome you to a new venture based initially on the skills of Louise Woods of Healing Arts and Michael Snuggs of MARS Healing.  The combined strengths of their particular methodologies make for a powerful statement in the world of alternative healing practice.  The combined offering is for:

Healing Arts Therapies are also working with other therapists who are equally well respected in their fields.  These therapies are massage and hypnotherapy and are seen to be a valuable supplement to the main offering.

Introduction

Healing Arts aim is to enable health via crystal therapy. Crystal therapy is a tried and tested complementary therapy that has been around for thousands of years. Ancient people like the egyptians and native american indians utilised crystals for healing, meditation and special ceremonies.

Today crystal therapy is a holistic therapy that uses crystals to help create health on all levels - mind, body and spirit. Its holistic approach means the whole person is taken into account not just their symptoms. This creates a feeling of wholeness and balance. Crystal therapy is a recognised therapy within the NHS.

Crystal therapy is very effective in the treatment of certain conditions, some are listed below:
Stress
Insomnia
Most of us feel stressed from time to time, from work pressure to family or money worries. Physical symptoms of stress can include irritability, tension in the neck and shoulders, a knotted stomach etc. Crystal therapy is very effective in relieving stress. Crystal therapy induces a very relaxed state of mind and body, soothing the emotions along the way. Many people report that they reach a new level of relaxation that they didn't even know existed! Many clients find that after several treatments they find it easier to relax at home too.
  
The majority of people who previously had sleep problems report that their sleep is greatly improved after crystal therapy. This is often due to the new found level of relaxation that they feel. Crystal therapy helps to reduce the 'mind chatter' that keeps them awake (e.g. worrying about work the next day or thinking 'did I feed the dog today?'). It also reduces tension and aches and pains in the body, as well as soothing the emotions... All in all helping you have a restful nights sleep.
